All tuition refunds are based upon full weeks. Refunds will be paid within 30 calendar days of your request. Refunds can only be paid to you or the original person or company who paid.

If you...	Then...
...cancel enrollment because your visa was denied	...you will receive a full tuition refund once you send your original Form I-20 and a copy of the receipt with a letter to inform us that the visa was denied.
...withdraw from our school during the first four weeks of school	... you will not receive a refund for the first four weeks of tuition.
...withdraw from our school after the first four weeks of school	...you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining portion of your tuition. For example: If you have three weeks of school left and you tell us on Tuesday that you want a refund for your last three weeks, we will give you a refund for the time period starting the next Monday. You would get a refund for the last two weeks of your paid tuition.
